NEET (UG) 2026 was held as a re-examination on 21 June 2026 (02:00–05:15 PM IST). The original 3 May 2026 exam was cancelled by NTA on 12 May 2026 after a leaked "guess paper" was found to overlap with the real paper. The provisional answer key was published on 25 June 2026.
