Y\u0131llard\u0131r s\u00fcregelen sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmetleri s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n giderilmesi, bu alanda yap\u0131lan yat\u0131r\u0131mlar ve m\u00fchendislik faaliyetleri ile s\u0131k\u0131 bir i\u015f birli\u011fini gerektiriyor.
